Susan Custer is a full-time REALTOR specializing in real estate sales and transactions for home owners and investors. Susan worked as a loan officer from 2000 to 2004. In addition to traditional real estate sales Susan specializes in real estate investments, renovating distressed properties and working with asset managers to liquidate their off market commercial and residential properties.

Susan also has experience in interior design, stock market trading, and federal and state tax consultations. Susan served on the Home Owners Association of Mariana Towers for one year and the Oceanside Kiwanis board of directors for 12 years. Susan has served three terms as the president of the Kiwanis Club of Oceanside and has been elected to serve a fourth term beginning September 2023. From March of 2019 until March of 2023 Susan served on the Oceanside Planning Commission.
