Staging is a leading indicator of new inventory coming to market, and I can tell you that the stagers we work with have been VERY busy. If you’re thinking of selling, you’ve probably wondered if staging is worth it.

The average staging cost was $4700.
Of the homes that sold, here’s the Sales Price to List Price Ratio by month in 2024 compared to the overall San Diego Market.
Conclusion:
Staging can lead to higher selling prices, making it a worthwhile investment for sellers.
