San Diego County Fair June 1-July 4

4th of July Run and Ride July 4
Presented by the Scripps Ranch Old Pros, the 4th of July 10K Race is a USATF certified and sanctioned event around scenic Miramar Lake. It features an exciting downhill finish that delivers you to Hoyt Park, where you’ll realize the fun is just beginning.

Crown City Classic 4th of July Run July 4
The Crown City Classic is Coronado’s long-standing 4th of July Run – one of the most patriotic things you can do on the most patriotic day. Run 12K (7.4 miles) or run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) to kick off your 4th of July festivities!

Lake Poway Family Campout July 6-7 & July 20-21
Enjoy outdoor fun in a family-friendly environment. Activities include guided evening hikes, campfire with s’mores, and Extreme Rahim returns with his family pleasing magic/comedy show.

California State Games July 11-14
California State Games is a statewide amateur sports festival and a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. The mission of the Games is to promote and nurture the health, education, and well-being of residents by managing a high quality amateur sports event that encourages community participation and provides an olympic-style experience.

Imperial Beach Sun & Sea Festival July 12-13
World-class sandcastle sculptors creating some of the best sand creations on the West Coast as well as a community parade and pancake breakfast, live music, children’s craft activities, a Kids ‘n Kastles competition, Farmer’s Market and International Food Fair.

San Diego Pride Festival July 12-14
Celebrate diversity under San Diego’s amazing sky and dance the day and night away! There will be 4 phenomenal stages, spanning 2 days, with over 100 entertainers and thousands of your closest friends.

Mission San Diego de Alcala Festival of the Bells July 13-14
The festivities include food, live entertainment, dancing, and traditional activities like the Blessing of the Bells and the Blessing of the Animals.

Over The Line Tourney July 13-14 & 20-21
San Diego’s beach softball Over the Line Tournament is played by men and women into their 80’s and is one of the last pure Southern California traditions.

Vines & Vittles July 14
A Fun Family Festival with a Western Theme. A variety of food vendors will be offering some favorite ‘vittles’. Wine tastings will be offered from local vintners and beer tastings from craft breweries will be available. There will be a Trading Post featuring works from local artists and Native American crafts. There also will be live music and cultural performances.

Craft Classic Half Marathon and 5K July 14
