July 23rd, 2019Buyer foot traffic is down from prior years and inventory is rising but it is still a seller's market. After several years of declining inventory and supply, inventory was so low that we have not hit a balanced market. A balanced market is approximately 6 months of inventory. We are currently at 2.8 months in San Diego and 4.3 months nationally.
