San Diego Real Estate Market Update – July 2019

Buyer foot traffic is down from prior years and inventory is rising but it is still a seller's market.  After several years of declining inventory and supply, inventory was so low that we have not hit a balanced market.  A balanced market is approximately 6 months of inventory.  We are currently at 2.8 months in San Diego and 4.3 months nationally.

3 Bedrooms | $580,000 | Homes for Sale

4 Bedrooms+ | $786,500 | Homes for Sale

Condos/Townhomes
Median Sales Price

1 Bedroom or Less | $325,000 | Homes for Sale

2 Bedrooms | $428,000 | Homes for Sale

3 Bedrooms+ | $509,000 | Homes for Sale

All Property Types

Median List Price:  $570,000

Median Sold Price:  $565,000

Days on Market:  16

Months Inventory:  2.8 Months (Seller's Market)

Solana Beach Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike July 28
The surf-entry ocean swim is supported by lifeguards and swim buddies. The bike and run courses cruise down the world famous Pacific Coast Highway. Finally, a tunnel of high-fives awaits you at the finish line - a gauntlet of excitement.
