New Housing Coming to Mira Mesa
September 30th, 2020Yesterday, the San Diego City Council unanimously approved the 3Roots Project along Camino Santa Fe which includes 40 acres of parks, 8 miles of trails, and 1,800 new homes.
The location at 10207 Camino Santa Fe is convenient to the Sorrento Valley regional job center, Qualcomm, Penasquitos Canyon Preserve and many shops and restaurants. The location was previously a sand, gravel and aggregate mine where operations had ceased in 2016.
