COVID-19 San Diego Real Estate Market Update
Despite the shelter in place mandate, new listings continue to hit the market and homes are being sold. Housing is a basic need and a major contribution to the economy.
During the time period between March 19 - 30, there were:
- 1361 New listings (70% of prior year)
- 918 Pending listings (63% of prior year)
- 1098 Sold listings (84% of prior year)
